Ca' Nuccio is a B&B situated at an altitude of about 750 metres on the elevation of the high valley of the river Metauro, surrounded by meadows and woods.

It's about one kilometre and a half from the hamlet of Borgo Pace, not far from Tuscany and Umbria. You may reach it from Borgo Pace walking a path of 600 metres through the wood.

The house made of stone was an ancient farmhouse which had been elegantly restored respecting shapes and other original characteristics.

Inside you find a sitting room with a large fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, furnished with period furniture for the most part. It may sleep till 10 people.

Outside, a meadow surrounds the house, and there's a veranda at the back.

It's also possible to let the entire structure to a single family or a group of friends.
